Description
Medics and wounded at a field dressing station, while in the background the explosion of a German shell is visible. Soldiers on stretchers fill the bottom third of the image, the explosion dominates the centre of the image, and tiny figures of soldiers can be seen coming over the far ridge. Possibly in the Somme region. (Same image as 2016.3.1.1-90)
