Located at Zeebrugge, on the Belgian coast, the site of the Zeebrugge Raid, April 23, 1918. The raid allowed the British Navy to temporarily put the German naval base at Bruge out of action, blocking u-boats and other shipping vessels. Possibly a photograph of a existing photo-postcard.
