Description
Hill with wooden crosses in clusters, possibly on the Bellevue Spur, about 1200 metres from Passchendaele Ridge. The crosses mark the graves of soldiers burried in the immediate aftermath of a battle on the Western front. After 1918, the process of disentering and relocating the bodies in offical cemiteries began.
